As an Equity Derivatives Attorney within the Equity Derivatives Group (EDG) Legal team, you will provide legal and regulatory advice to the equity derivatives sales and trading business,with a focus on Over-The-Counter equity derivatives and swaps (including exotics and complex structuring). You will work closely with the business, compliance, and other internal control functions, as well as internal and external legal colleagues, in performing these functions. You will report directly to the Head of the EDG Legal group.
