Meet the Team

We are seeking an experienced candidate to lead technology onboarding and engagement for our linear equity investment teams. This role is highly cross-functional: success depends on understanding each team's workflow, coordinating delivery across the firm's technology functions, and keeping investment professionals informed and well supported.

What You'll Do

  • Serving as the single point of contact and advocate inside the firm for Equity Portfolio Managers (PMs) and their analysts in the region
  • Managing the end-to-end onboarding of new equity investment teams, from candidate stage through to new joiner
  • Consulting with each team to understand their day 1 requirements and document their ongoing technology and AI needs
  • Maintaining technology user profiles and a clear log of open items, owners and target dates
  • Working closely with groups across the firm (Business Management, Operations, Trading, Data, etc.) to manage expectations, report progress and risks to the appropriate management channels, escalating as necessary

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in a client-facing role (relationship management, technical account management, product or project management), including experience in financial services working directly with equity investment professionals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), with the credibility to work with senior investment professionals and engineering leads alike
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to keep multiple workstreams, owners and tight deadlines on track simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of equity investing workflows (research, portfolio construction, risk management, etc.) and the PM tooling that supports them
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to translate investment team needs into clear, documented requirements for development teams
