Equities & Derivatives Execution Trader (80-100%)

Mission:

  • Equities & Derivatives Trade Execution: Execute, monitor, and optimize the bank’s equity and derivative client flows across global markets, ensuring consistent best execution in line with applicable regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong expertise in future and option strategies).
  • Late Shift: Take part in cross asset execution coverage until the U.S. market close (each execution trader participating in a limited number of late shifts per month)
  • Technology & Automation: Actively Contribute to the enhancement of electronic trading strategies, leveraging trading data and analytics to help design implement, and scale new automation process
  • Counterparty Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with brokers and market makers to optimize execution and access liquidity

Your Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in derivatives and equity trading
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Bloomberg, TradeWeb and order management systems
  • Familiarity with algorithmic and electronic trading solutions is highly advantageous
  • Analytical & Execution Skills: Strong market analysis capabilities, sound judgment under pressure, and ability to handle high trade volumes with precision and efficiency
  • Communication : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with senior management, counterparties, and technology teams
  • Teamwork: Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with investment professionals and clients
  • Project skills: Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative and active participation in cross-functional projects
  • Languages: Fluent in both English and French
  • Service minded, accurate, autonomous
  • Must be a resident of Switzerland or willing to relocate
