We are currently looking for an Equities Business Analyst or Associate to join our team in the Minneapolis office.

This role provides the operational, CRM, and data-management backbone that enables the Strategy & Analytics function to operate efficiently. The Analyst/Associate manages the day-to-day administration of the CRM platform (Prism), coordinates account meeting logistics, maintains accurate and reliable data across systems, and supports business continuity, compliance, and ad hoc reporting needs across Research, Sales, and Trading. The role is responsible for executing high-volume, recurring, and process-driven work, allowing the broader team to focus on strategy, analytics, and business management.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing high-volume, process-driven work while identifying opportunities to improve data quality, streamline workflows, and enhance the effectiveness of business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM & Account Operations

  • Manage the full lifecycle of CRM user management, including new-hire onboarding, training program development, and first-line support for vendor systems.
  • Oversee Prism administration, including permissions, tiering, regional assignments, super-account management, and the coordination of system releases.
  • Maintain contact and account records, process coverage changes, manage account mapping across systems, and handle bulk updates and distribution list maintenance.
  • Manage daily team operations, including running weekly meetings, overseeing the shared team inbox, and monitoring research distribution and analyst outreach lists.

Data Management & System Operations

  • Ensure data integrity across all platforms by identifying and resolving duplicates, mapping errors, and email bounce issues while maintaining ongoing hygiene standards.
  • Monitor and resolve data feed issues across connected platforms to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Work with Compliance and Business Continuity teams to maintain necessary documentation and processes.
  • Provide administrative support for Vendor Systems.

Business Analytics & Platform Support

  • Support Equities leadership through the creation of recurring and ad hoc reporting, business performance dashboards, and analytical data pulls.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business lines and Technology to manage platform issues, enhancement requests, and release coordination.
  • Coordinate account meeting logistics, track and reconcile broker votes, and maintain the master votes file.
  • Develop internal and external marketing materials, maintain organizational charts, and website content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; finance, business, or data-related field preferred
  • 0–3 years of experience in financial services operations, CRM administration, or data management
  • High attention to detail and comfort managing high-volume, recurring processes
  • Working knowledge of CRM or data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, DealCloud, or similar) a plus
  • Strong Excel skills; PowerPoint proficiency for deck and marketing material support
  • Series 7/63 licensing is preferred, or willingness to obtain within an agreed timeframe
  • Clear, concise, and professional communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders across Research, Sales, and Trading
