About Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc

Family. Matters.

Trego-Dugan has been in the aviation service business for the past 50 years. Initially, as a single FBO with 8 employees to the present day family of aviation companies and services, Trego-Dugan employs over 2600 dedicated team members in numerous aviation disciplines nation-wide and is still growing strong!

Trego Aviation, Inc. was founded by Gary M. Trego in 1970 as a family owned and managed FBO, flight school, charter operation and aircraft maintenance facility. Gary, along with his wife Terry, successfully led the company for 24 years with business vision, a midwest work ethic and unparalleled integrity.

In the early 90s, Gary’s Son-in-Law, Vincent Dugan and daughter, Traci joined the company which became Trego-Dugan Aviation. More years ago than she cares to admit and thanks to Gary, Traci soloed before she earned her driver’s license. She is now the Director of Operations for Trego-Dugan Aviation Charter. Vincent is an aviation attorney and a pilot. Vince leads all of Trego-Dugan's business segments and is General Counsel.

In the mid 90s, Trego-Dugan flight operations expanded into jet management services. With revenues more than tripling and a strong growth in jet management services, another FBO location was added in 2003. Then, in 2005, TDA expanded again and added international turbo-jet charter operations. In 2008, Airline Ground Handling was added to the company services offerings and has since been the fastest growing segment in the Trego-Dugan family of companies.

Still family owned and going strong, Trego-Dugan delivers business vision, a midwest work ethic and unparalleled integrity.
