SERVPRO Team Wall is looking for an Equipment & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in keeping the warehouse running efficiently, safely, and smoothly. They will assist with inventory management by helping maintain supply levels, completing regular counts, and protecting warehouse assets. The Equipment & Warehouse Coordinator also supports vehicle tracking, maintenance scheduling, and inspections, helps uphold safety standards through routine safety checks, and ensures equipment is clean, well‑maintained, and properly documented. In addition, the role contributes to facility upkeep, responds to maintenance needs, and provides dependable, hands‑on support for daily warehouse operations as assigned by leadership.

Responsibilities Include:

• Ensure product inventory is maintained
• Order products as necessary
• Fleet management and state inspection compliance
• Keep warehouse in good order
• Perform periodic maintenance on equipment
• Property maintenance to keep a clean and safe work space
• Coordinate certain subcontractors, i.e. dumpsters, snow removal, plumbing when necessary
• Understand and assist production personnel with supplies and materials that may be needed

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate and work well with others
• Familiar with and able to utilize company computer software - MS Office
• A valid Driver's License clear of major violations
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Ability to successfully complete a drug and alchol screening
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
