We are looking for an Equipment Test & Tools Engineer to design, develop, and maintain advanced test solutions for automotive electronicsystems. You will play a key role in enabling engineering teams by delivering robust, automated test environments that simulate real-worldconditions. This role sits at the intersection of hardware, software, and validation, supporting high-quality product development aligned withautomotive standards.
You will:
Work on cutting-edge automotive electronics technologies
Be part of a global engineering environment
Opportunity to shape and improve testing tools and processes
Exposure to full product lifecycle development
Design and develop test benches and HIL systems to emulate real operating environments
Analyze requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable test solutions
Deploy, validate, and maintain test setups and instrumentation
Develop automated test cases using tools such as CANoe, Python, or LabVIEW
Support testing teams (System, Hardware, Software, DV/PV, EMC) with reliable tooling
Perform root cause analysis and first-level troubleshooting
Manage external suppliers related to test equipment and setups
Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 26262 and IATF
Continuously improve tools, processes, and test efficiency
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Programming skills (e.g., Python, CAPL, LabVIEW, or similar)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English
