Equipment Technician Portugal

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform repairs and maintenance on our Bayer injection equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Additionally, the Field Technician will be responsible for training users on the proper operation of the equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and Maintenance: Conduct repairs and maintenance on injection equipment and tools to ensure continuous operation.
• Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Implement timely preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose equipment issues effectively and execute corrective maintenance tasks during shifts.
• SAP Management: Utilize SAP systems to manage and execute preventive maintenance plans and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Health, Environmental, and Safety Compliance: Adhere to health, environmental, and safety (HES) policies and procedures at all times.
• Patrol and Inspections: Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify any abnormal conditions or potential issues with equipment.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities and findings, ensuring clear communication with management.
• User Training: Provide training to users on the proper handling and operation of injection equipment to ensure safe and effective use.
• Tool Management: Ensure all tools are properly maintained, used, and stored in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Field Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of medical device equipment and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar maintenance management systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills for training users on equipment operation.
