Job Title:

Equipment Technician III

The Role:

• Be responsible forsupporting onnew tool qualification,CIand safety improvement initiatives

• 負責支援新機台驗證,持續改善及安全改善執行

• Be responsible forequipment management and troubleshooting support

• 負責機台管理點檢及異常處理技術支援

• Be responsible forsupporting production plan

• 負責支援生產計劃

In this role you will:

• Support Equipment Engineer fortroubleshooting, datacollectionandnewtoolqualification

• 支援設備工程師執行設備故障排除, 資料收集和新機台驗證

• Prepare and completeequipment-related documentation under the guidance of equipment engineers (e.g., SOPs, lesson-learned sharing materials)

• 在設備工程師指導之下完成設備相關文件撰寫( 如SOP, lesson learn sharing material...等)

• Provide support to equipment engineers on vendor-related operations, including purchase order management and supervision of vendor activities

• 支援設備工程師應對與供應商相關之業務, 包含訂單管理與監工等

• Collaborate with process and equipment engineers tooptimizeequipment recovery procedures

• 與製程與設備工程師合作優化機台復機流程

• Work withmaintenanceteamto make sure allmaintenancetechniciansreceive welltrainingandbeable todemonstratequalified skillsonfields.

• 與維護部門合作，確保所有技術員都接受良好的培訓，並在維護機台時能有合格的技能

• Any assignment (job relative) from supervisor

• 執行主管指派工作相關任務

• Report EHSconcern&incidenttosupervisorimmediately

• 即時向主管報告EHS問題和事件
  

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

• >3-yrof experience in equipment maintenance,troubleshooting, production line setup,andoperations management within a chemical manufacturing environmentispreferred

• 有3年以上化工廠機台維修、生產設置、日常管理故障排除經驗者優先

• Experienceson6S implementationon field

• 6S現場執行經驗

• Operational knowledge of6S, EHS, Leanmfg, qualityetc

• 對於生產中的6S, 公安, 精實生產,品質等有基本認知

• College degree related

• 專科學歷以上

• Basic in English for reading, and writingis preferred

• 具基本英文讀寫能力尤佳

• Proper capability on MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

• 具MS office使用能力

Your success will be measured by:

• P -Able to collaborate effectively with engineers and maintenance teams to safely execute daily tasks within scheduled timelines and ensure compliance with job requirements

• P–能夠與工程師、維護單位合作，在時間內安全的執行每日工作並確保符合工作要求

• A -Ability toidentifyanomalies and takeappropriate action, including resolving issues independently or clearly communicating problems to engineers for further support

• A–能夠發現異常並在需要時解決或是向工程師說明問題尋求協助

• C –Ability to communicate ideas and provide input within the team

• C–能夠與團隊溝通想法和提出意見

• E –Execute assigned projects independently or under engineer supervision,in accordance withproject plans and quality standards

• E–能夠獨自或是在工程師指導下完成指定專案，按計畫執行並滿足品質需求
