HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT HERE:

• Turn Notifications into Opportunities: Review telematics notifications, service requirements, customer inquiries, and internal reports to identify opportunities for service and repair.
• Proactively Sell: Make outbound sales calls, follow up with customers, promote service solutions, and identify opportunities to upsell warranty and service offerings.
• Grow Service Agreements: Sell preventative maintenance agreements and safety training while identifying additional solutions that provide value to customers.
• Build Customer Relationships: Develop lasting relationships with customers by understanding their equipment needs and connecting them with the right service solutions.
• Work as One Team: Partner closely with operations, service, and other internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experience from initial contact through completion.
