• The Equipment Sales Specialist reports to the Regional Sales Manager
• Located in Cleveland OH or Pittsburgh PA

The Foodservice Equipment Sales Specialist is responsible for growing equipment sales and supporting key customer accounts by providing expert guidance on foodservice equipment solutions. This individual will develop and present equipment quotations, manage custom and standard equipment projects, coordinate installation and delivery schedules, and ensure seamless execution from sale to completion. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and experienced in the foodservice equipment industry, with the ability to build strong relationships and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional service. Previous experience in the foodservice equipment industry is required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service Excellence:
• Promptly respond to customer requests via in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails.
• Demonstrate superior customer service skills in all interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Quoting and Sales:
• Generate precise quotes for both standard and customized equipment, providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
• Support street sales representatives in the quoting process to drive sales growth.
Order Processing and Procurement:
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently for multiple accounts.
• Place purchase orders with vendors for project and inventory items, ensuring timely delivery.
Project Management:
• Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring goals and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and installations, collaborating with internal departments as necessary.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate professionally with internal departments such as Credit, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Warehouse to meet customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus, or equivalent military or practical experience.
• Working knowledge of the AutoQuotes system is preferred.
• Previous experience in equipment sales or related field is advantageous.
• Foodservice Equipment experience is essential.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

Compensation includes the posted base salary range and does not reflect potential commission, incentive, bonus, or other additional compensation opportunities, where applicable. Total compensation is determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job-related compensatory factors.
In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s’ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
