The Equipment Rental Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Environmental Monitoring and Occupational Hygiene sector by managing the rental of equipment essential for various projects. This position is based in Albion, Queensland, and is ideal for individuals looking to continue their career in a dynamic environment. The coordinator will ensure that all equipment is available, maintained, and efficiently allocated to meet the needs of our clients, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the inventory of rental equipment, ensuring all items are in good working condition.
• Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of equipment rentals to clients.
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding equipment specifications and availability.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and rental agreements.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely servicing of equipment.
• Provide support in the training of clients on the proper use of equipment.
• Monitor and report on equipment performance and client feedback.

Qualifications:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of equipment used in the science and research industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management and scheduling.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
