Job Duties:
Your main details is to support the smooth operations of workshop maintenance by coordinating equipment servicing schedules and maintaining accurate maintenance records. This includes updating work order descriptions, tracking tyre and component replacement records, and ensuring timely receipting of delivery orders.
You will liaise with equipment users to ensure that equipment is sent in promptly for servicing and follow up on scheduled maintenance activities. In addition, you will monitor the expiry dates of lifting appliances and workshop equipment inspections to ensure compliance, and include these requirements in work orders raised for payment.
You will also coordinate vehicle inspections with the Land Transport Authority (LTA), arrange Maintenance Inspections (MI) with the EQIMD team, and assist with other administrative duties related to workshop operations.
Requirements:
• NITEC or minimum 3 ‘O’ level credits
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Able to work at Tuas
