Job Location: Tucson - Tucson, AZ 85706WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Our Equipment Operators monitor concrete pipe machines, conveyors, mixers, feeders, and bins to maximize production and deliver high-quality products
Working in a fast-paced outdoor production environment, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and safely.
A highlight of your day-to-day will include:
- Performing pre-shift inspections of pipe machine and equipment
- Manufactures products in accordance with standard operating procedures; inspects the forming to ensure the forming is properly set up and ready for production; installs a variety of different molds and makes appropriate adjustments per operating manual prior to running machine; monitors automated system to ensure product is manufactured correctly.
- Strips finished product from molds and stacks in the product area utilizing overhead crane and proper lifting devices; finishes concrete according to specifications. Cleans machine once production is completed for the day.
- Assisting with preventative and reactive maintenance, including changing molds, greasing equipment, replacing rollers, performing belt splices, and maintaining hoppers
- Assisting with site projects as requested by management and team members
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at the end of each shift

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in machine operation or similar industrial/production environment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with proven hands-on work experience required
- Basic welding or torch experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and at elevated heights
