We are currently seeking experienced, safety‑conscious Equipment Operators to join our team at Heart of Florida Landfill Prior landfill or waste experience is a big plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
✅ Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
✅ Hours: 45–55 hours per week
✅ Pay: $24–$26+ per hour DOE
