What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production and material handling needs
• Perform pre and post operational inspections and basic equipment care to ensure safe operation
• Load, unload, move, and stock raw materials and finished products as directed
• Communicate clearly with teammates to coordinate workflow and maintain site safety
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to support a productive worksite

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated capability to safely operate industrial or mobile equipment in a production environment
• Strong attention to safety protocols and situational awareness
• Ability to follow instructions, read signage, and communicate effectively with others
• Reliable work habits with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Physical capability to perform duties associated with operating equipment in an industrial setting

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

• $31.73 to $31.73 per hour
