Corporate Graphics Commercial, a Taylor Company, is looking for energetic and quality driven team members to join our growing manufacturing team! We currently have an opening in our 2nd shift finishing department assisting in the operation of finishing casemaker equipment. We are looking for a goal oriented and adaptive individual to join our team.

Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Properly set up the casemaker equipment to the specifications required, and operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a productive manner.

  • Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Accurately maintain a daily production sheet and properly log all production information and material into the Hagen system.

  • Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor.

Your Shift: Monday -Thursday, 2:30pm - 1:00am with Overtime Opportunities available!

You Must Have:

  • Mechanical ability and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality of finished product.

  • Willingness to cross-train in other departments or tasks as needed.

Requirements Within This Position:

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.

  • Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.

  • Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.

  • Frequently required to move inside the facility.

  • Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Manufacturing or production experience.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18 – $20. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
