Where is the work:

岗位职责】
设备维护与检修：
负责工厂内生产设备（如冲床、折弯机、焊接线、喷涂线、装配线等）、动力设备（空压机、冷水机组、配电系统）及公用设施的日常巡检、预防性维护和故障抢修。
根据设备保养计划执行一级、二级保养，并做好维护记录。
故障诊断与排除：
快速响应生产线上的设备突发故障，独立或协作完成机械、气动、液压及电气控制系统的诊断与修复。
分析重复性故障原因，提出改进方案，降低设备停机时间。
备件管理：
识别并提报常用易损备件需求，协助建立安全库存。
对更换下来的零部件进行可修复性评估，控制维修成本。
技术改造与安装：
配合工程师参与新设备的安装、调试及验收工作。
根据生产需求，对现有设备进行必要的机械或电气改造优化。
安全与合规：
严格遵守 EHS（环境、健康与安全）规定，执行挂牌上锁（ LOTO）、动火作业等安全程序。
保持维修现场整洁，确保作业符合 ISO及工厂管理体系要求。
文档与培训：
及时填写维修工单、点检表、交接班记录。
指导操作工进行简单的设备日常点检和清洁。

【任职资格】
必备条件：
学历专业： 中专 技校及以上学历，机电一体化、机械制造、自动化或相关专业。
工作经验： 1年以上制造业设备维修经验。
专业技能：
熟悉机械原理、公差配合、常见传动机构（皮带、链条、齿轮、轴承）。
能看懂机械图纸和基本电路图。
持有有效的电工证（低压或高压）为硬性加分项。
其他素质：
吃苦耐劳，能适应加班、倒班及应急抢修工作模式。
动手能力强，责任心强，具备良好的安全意识。
