职位概述

The equipment maintainer operator shall carry out the daily, monthly and annual maintenance of the equipment, the management and maintenance of safety and fire protection facilities, and the production line tooling and fixtures.

设备维护员应做到设备日常，月度，年度维护保养工作，安全消防设施等管理维护，生产线工装治具等工作。

Essential Duties 基本职责

• Abide by the safe operation process and various work rules and regulations of the workstation. 遵守工位作业安全操作流程和各项工作规章制度。

• Ensure that product quality and efficiency meet company standards. 确保产品质量和效率达到公司标准。
• New employee training, multi-skilled job training for employees. Train the staff on the operation methods, and guide the achievement of the output and quality objectives at each stage. 新员工培训、员工的多技能岗位培训。培训员工的操作手法， 并辅导
• In the absence of the team leader, you can temporarily do some equipment maintenance and exception-handling agent work. 组长不在时，可以临时做些设备维护处理异常代理工作。
• Responsible for 3S work in the work area. 负责工作区域3S工作。
• Clock in according to the company's attendance requirements, do not be late or leave early, do not leave the post halfway and other violations of work discipline. 按照公司的出勤要求进行打卡， 不迟到不早退，不中途离开工作岗位
• The working hours shall be subject to the arrangement of the leaders, reasonable job transfer, and management. 工作时间服从领导安排，合理调动工作岗位，服从管理。
• After work put the tools back! Shut down the equipment; Lighting; Close the doors and windows. 下班后，工具归位！关闭设备；照明；关闭门窗。

Education and Experience 教育和经验要求：

• Junior high school or above, literate and able to write. 初中以上学历，识字并能写字。

• Experience in circuit and maintenance equipment is preferred. Experience in tooling or louver is preferred. Have the strong hands-on ability and strong safety awareness. 电路和维修设备经验优先。对工装治具或百叶经验优先考虑。有较强

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 知识，技能和能力要求：
