Who Are We Looking for?
As an Equipment Maintenance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational viability and reliability of port equipment and machinery. Reporting to the Asset Maintenance Manager, you will lead maintenance activities, technical supervision, and team development initiatives that directly support terminal performance.
You will be responsible for ensuring maintenance work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. This includes managing preventive maintenance programs, coordinating corrective repair activities, monitoring spare parts availability, supporting procurement processes, and maintaining technical documentation and equipment records.
The position has a direct impact on both operational performance and the financial success of the terminal. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, people leadership capability, a proactive approach to safety, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
