What’s the role?
Westpac is currently seeking an Equipment Finance Manager to attract, retain and grow customers within our SME portfolio. This position is based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country.
Our vision is to be the Business Bank of Choice for cash flow expertise by providing holistic cash flow solutions to customers. We are passionate about helping businesses achieve their financial aspirations and are committed to becoming the market leader in cash flow solutions for businesses.
You'll build effective partnerships with Relationship Managers and other key stakeholders across the business to help customers access the right equipment finance solutions. You'll engage, influence and coach Relationship Managers to identify opportunities within their customer portfolios, support them through internal processes and help deliver a seamless experience for clients. You'll also respond to local market opportunities and continue building on our reputation for exceptional customer service.
What do I need?
• Experience in business development or business to business sales
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
• Excellent networking and relationship management skills
• Ability to coach and influence stakeholders to deliver customer outcomes
• Banking, commercial lending or equipment finance experience is highly regarded but not essential
