Job Title: Equipment Engineer

Location: Thailand

Salary Range: 32,000 – 60,000 THB/month

Employment Type: Full-time

Overseas Assignment: 3–6 months (product
transfer support)

We are looking for
an Equipment Engineer to support manufacturing operations by ensuring high
equipment availability, reliability, and performance. The role will play a key
part in equipment readiness and stabilization during product transfer from an
overseas site to Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support
  manufacturing equipment used in assembly and production operations
• Perform preventive and
  corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and
  resolve equipment-related issues to minimize downtime
• Analyze equipment performance
  and recommend improvements to enhance availability, capability, and yield
• Support equipment setup,
  qualification, and transfer activities from overseas manufacturing sites
• Prepare and maintain
  technical documentation related to equipment modifications and maintenance
  procedures
• Contribute to continuous
  improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment
• Act as a technical resource
  for junior engineers and technicians
• Work with minimal supervision
  and handle assigned responsibilities independently

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
  in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields)
• Experience in equipment
  engineering within the electronics or semiconductor industry
• Strong hands-on
  troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong English communication
  skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to travel and
  work overseas for 3–6 months during the product transfer phase
• Comfortable working in a
  fast-paced manufacturing environment
