Objetivo:
Asegurar la máxima disponibilidad, confiabilidad y desempeño de los equipos de fabricación de semiconductores mediante la ejecución de estrategias de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción, calidad y seguridad.
Diagnosticar fallas mediante análisis técnico (root cause analysis - RCA) y aplicar acciones correctivas permanentes
* Asegurar el cumplimiento de indicadores clave ( KPIs) como:
* Colaborar con ingeniería de procesos para mejorar el rendimiento del equipo ( OEE - Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
* Implementar mejoras continuas.
* Gestionar refacciones críticas y control de inventarios técnicos.
* Validar cambios en equipo (hardware/software) conforme a estándares de calidad
* Apoyar auditorías internas y externas (ISO, IATF, customer audits)
* Asegurar cumplimiento de normas de seguridad industrial.
* Generar documentación técnica: procedimientos, reportes de falla, instrucciones de trabajo.
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en mantenimiento de equipos industriales.
* Experiencia comprobada en:
* Participación en análisis de fallas (RCA) y ejecución de acciones correctivas
* Interacción con proveedores Locales.
Habilidades Requeridas:
* Diagnóstico avanzado de fallas eléctricas, electrónicas y mecánicas.
* Lectura e interpretación de:
* Capacidad para ejecutar y documentar cambios bajo procesos de Change Management.
* Manejo de software técnico y herramientas de diagnóstico.
* Pensamiento analítico y resolución estructurada de problemas.
* Alta orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de KPIs.
* Trabajo en equipo multidisciplinario.
* Comunicación técnica efectiva (oral y escrita).
* Atención al detalle y disciplina operativa.
