The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on Equipment Coordinator to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll step in to bring structure, organisation, and coordination to daily equipment and logistics activities.

you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, managing equipment movements, supporting maintenance schedules, and ensuring customer needs are met. If you thrive in high-volume environments and enjoy juggling multiple priorities, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track equipment maintenance schedules, ensuring service requests are actioned and completed on time
  • Arrange delivery, replacement, and retrieval of bins for new and existing customers
  • Support with organising purchase orders (POs), invoices, and outstanding admin items
  • Conduct monthly inventory stocktakes, including on-site yard coordination
  • Provide customer service support, responding to queries and coordinating requests
  • Maintain accurate system updates and ensure data integrity
  • Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to keep everyone informed on schedules and progress
  • Handle a variety of ad hoc administrative and operational tasks

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in logistics, transport, warehousing, or a similar operational environment
  • Strong background in scheduling, coordination, or inventory management
  • Familiarity with purchase orders (POs), invoicing, and administrative processes
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using systems to update and track information
  • Strong stakeholder communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with a role that includes both administrative and hands-on coordination tasks
