We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Equipment Operator Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in equipment operation within a supportive and safety-conscious environment. Responsibilities

• Assist experienced equipment operators in the safe and efficient operation of construction and industrial machinery
• Learn to perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
• Support the team in preparing work sites, including setting up equipment and materials
• Observe and learn proper operating techniques and best practices from senior staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interest in machinery operation and construction or industrial work
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Good physical condition and stamina to perform manual tasks
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to learn safety standards
• Reliable, responsible, and eager to develop new skills
• Valid driver’s license is preferred but not required
