RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, technical standards, and internal specifications.
• Develop and improve manufacturing methods, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support for production and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Define technical solutions for new injection molding tools based on product and supplier requirements.
• Prepare and validate tooling specifications and 2D/3D drawings.
• Participate in Tool Design Reviews and approve designs before manufacturing.
• Support tool validation and industrialization processes.
• Monitor tooling projects, including jigs and design changes.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and support maintenance activities.
• Define preventive maintenance methods for new molds.
• Stay updated with new technologies and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field).
• Experience in injection molding/tooling or manufacturing engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (2D/3D).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of quality standards and production processes.
• Good communication skills and English proficiency.
