About the role

This role supports our Equipment & Technology Sales team by keeping sales, rentals, and customer activity moving smoothly. You’ll help prepare quotes and proposals, coordinate with internal teams, maintain CRM records, and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers. It’s a hands‑on, fast‑paced position where you’ll learn our products, support site visits and demos, and play a key part in delivering great customer experiences.

  • Support sales and rental activities by preparing quotes, proposals, and customer documentation.
  • Build product knowledge across tanks, fuel equipment, and technology to guide customer solutions.
  • Maintain CRM records, track leads, and follow up on enquiries to drive sales momentum.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, procurement, and suppliers to deliver smooth customer outcomes.
  • Assist with site visits, equipment demos, and customer meetings to understand needs and showcase solutions.

What you’ll bring

You’ll bring strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to stay organised when priorities shift. You’re proactive, customer‑focused, and comfortable learning technical product information. Experience in sales or commercial support especially in an equipment, industrial, or technical environment will set you up for success, along with confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Hold a current driver’s licence and bring strong communication, interpersonal, and customer‑focused skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Confident learning technical product information and applying it in customer conversations, with competence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (or willingness to learn).
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude, comfortable working across both technical information and commercial processes.
  • Experience in sales or commercial support within an equipment, industrial, or technical environment, including preparing quotes, proposals, and customer documentation.
