We are now seeking a new team member for our Espoo location to join our skilled and motivated multi-site Manufacturing Engineering team. The primary responsibility will be equipment and clean room maintenance as an Equipment and Facility Technician/Engineer.
You will be responsible in regular equipment and clean room maintenance, trouble shooting for equipment and clean room facility related issues, supporting process for production quality monitoring and R&D projects. This is a full-time position and requires on-site presence.

What you'll be doing:

  • Scheduled maintenance for production equipment (such as flip-chip bonders, probe station, oven, dicing saw and wet stations).
  • Trouble shooting for production equipment. Communication with equipment manufacturers will be needed in English.
  • Clean room maintenance including maintaining qualified working environment in terms of humidity, temperature, pressure and particle counting, maintenance of CDA and nitrogen generators, HEPA filter exchange, heat pumps, DI water generator and forming gas bottle exchange.
  • Documentation work for maintenance log and trouble shooters.
  • Planning and managing equipment and facility spare parts for lowering the equipment risk.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience of similar maintenance work and the ability to work in a clean room environment and handle chemicals.
  • Good hands-on skills for equipment and facility maintenance.
  • Well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks, calm under pressure
  • Courageous, positive attitude, good communication skills and desire to work as part of a team.
  • We also look for flexibility in working hours, including occasional work outside office hours or at weekends.
  • Communication with clean room facility supplier/service will be needed in English and preferably also in Finnish
