Are you highly organized, customer-focused, and passionate about coordinating complex processes from start to finish? We are looking for an Equipment Order Fulfillment Coordinator to serve as the central point of contact for the end-to-end fulfillment of new equipment orders across our Construction, Mining, Forestry, and Power Systems businesses.
In this role, you will work closely with sales teams, customers, logistics partners, inventory planners, prep facilities, financing teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure equipment orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time. You will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is an opportunity to play a critical role in delivering industry-leading customer experiences by ensuring customers receive the right equipment, at the right time, with seamless coordination every step of the way. You'll work with a collaborative team, gain exposure across multiple areas of the business, and contribute directly to operational excellence and customer success.
