In this role, you'll:


Working as part of a team delivering strengthened security and integrity of the Equip (SAP) platform by embedding robust access controls and assurance practices, reducing cyber risk, supporting audit confidence, and enabling secure‑by‑design delivery while maintaining reliable business operations.

  • You will govern SAP access and control design across the Equip platform, ensuring compliance with cyber security controls, architecture standards, and regulatory obligations.
  • You will lead audit, assurance, and risk management activities, tracking findings and ensuring remediation actions are completed and sustained.
  • You will act as the primary escalation point for SAP security issues, coordinating timely resolution with cyber security teams, delivery partners, and stakeholders.
  • You will embed Secure‑by‑Design practices, lead threat and vulnerability management, provide executive‑level security reporting, and develop a high‑performing SAP security operations team.

About you

  • You bring extensive experience in SAP security operations, access controls, and security governance within large enterprise environments.
  • You have a strong understanding of cyber security frameworks, risk management, audit processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Your skill includes leading security assurance, remediation, and escalation management, effectively resolving complex security issues.
  • You demonstrate proven capability to lead specialist teams and influence stakeholders, with strong communication and executive‑level reporting skills supported by relevant qualifications and security certifications.
