You will apply analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills to resolve issues, deliver accurate results, and continuously improve processes.   • Job location: Calgary, Alberta
  • Shift schedule: 5 x 2, 8-hour shifts (Monday - Friday)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Calculate annual throughput adjustments and facility operating rates for joint owned facilities
  • Respond to external audit inquiries and working interest partner questions on a timely and professional manner
  • Develop an understanding of commercial agreements to accurately complete Equalization calculations
  • Review and validate material Non-Operated Equalizations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
  • Support ad‑hoc analyses and special projects as assigned

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 0–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a solid foundation in accounting principles, financial analysis, and business concepts
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a detail‑oriented approach to reviewing data and delivering accurate results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with large data sets and perform basic to intermediate analysis
  • Previous experience or exposure to the oil and gas or mining industry is considered an asset
