About the role

The role is responsible for managing the delivery of the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) project, ensuring it aligns with Lifeblood’s Project Management Framework, business case, and strategic goals. An important task will be to support Lifeblood in delivering a solution that drives efficient processes and achieves Lifeblood’s quality requirements. It involves overseeing change management, driving outcomes through a strong relationship with the vendor, coordinating with key stakeholders, and applying project management expertise to meet agreed timelines and work plans.

  • In-depth experience in Project Management.
  • Extensive experience managing suppliers, including the ability to develop and negotiate statements of work and deliverables to minimise change requests, and monitor supplier performance to agreed timelines.
  • Successful trackrecord in leading process transformation with consideration for business outcomes and risk management
  • Proven ability to develop effective interpersonal relationships and consult with a range of external and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving results through prioritisation, organisation, decision making and time management.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience of working within a highly regulated environment with demonstrated commitment to safety.
