  • Fixed-term Full-time opportunity until December 2027

  • Based out of any one of our National Processing Centres + WFH

About the role

The role is responsible for managing the delivery of the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) project, ensuring it aligns with Lifeblood’s Project Management Framework, business case, and strategic goals. An important task will be to ensure the identified solution achieves Lifeblood’s quality requirements and delivers process improvements. It involves overseeing change management, coordinating with key stakeholders, and applying project management expertise to meet agreed timelines and work plans.

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in project management.
  • Proven ability to develop effective interpersonal relationships and consult with a range of external and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving results through prioritisation, organisation, decision making and time management.
  • Experience with managing suppliers, including the ability to develop and negotiate statements of work and deliverables to minimise change requests, and monitor supplier performance to agreed timelines,
  • Computer literacy and demonstrated competence in a variety of computer software packages (MS project, excel, word, power point etc.)
  • Effective communication and presentation skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience of working within a highly regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety.
