Your future role

You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of production processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, quality, and supply chain), manage production teams, and implement continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of delivering production that meets quality, deadline, and cost objectives, but also ensure the versatility and development of your teams.
We’ll look to you for:
Guaranteeing the safety of people, goods, and the environment by applying the company's safety rules and improving EHS practices
Managing production teams and overseeing daily activities
Delivering a production that meets quality, deadlines, and manufacturing cost objectives
Defining and implementing progress plans to improve operational (Q, C, D) and managerial (absenteeism, safety) results
Continuing the implementation of the production system (APSYS)
Ensuring the versatility, skills adequacy, and qualifications of team members, and maintaining traceability through regular updates of the skills matrix
Developing autonomous production teams by enhancing team efficiency, individual and collective skills, and versatility
Representing management to staff

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Experience in a similar position within an industrial company
Team management experience
Strong leadership skills
Good communication skills in both French and English
