About the role
Internship Start: June 2026
Internship End: August 2026
The EPR Operations Intern will support procurement, logistics, audit, and operational activities by assisting with inspections, documentation, contract and data management, SOP updates, and day-to-day administrative tasks across ongoing projects.
- Assist with procurement activities, including obtaining quotes, preparing RFQs, and maintaining corporate rate information.
- Support logistics coordination.
- Assist with maintaining audit logs, conducting inspections, and supporting operational efficiency initiatives.
- Assist with maintain Health & Safety documentation and inspection records
- Support operations through field inspections, contract reviews, and contract data collection and organization.
- Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist team members with day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects
- Support administrative and operational activities
- Regular travel within Ontario by vehicle is required for this position.
What we need from you
- Currently enrolled in University or College and working towards a degree or diploma.
- Knowledge of the environmental services sector would be an asset.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication with strong writing and editorial abilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Highly organized.
- Competent when working independently, and on a team.
