The EPR Contract Administrator (CA) is responsible for ensuring all EPR contract targets are met for the Ontario Collection and Receiving Facility contracts. The EPR CA works closely with the EPR Contracts Manager on administrative contract activities and requirements, ensuring all reporting, liquidated damages, invoices, and payments are consistent throughout the term of the contract. This role requires high attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying discrepancies to ensure full compliance.
Job Duties
Administer collection and transfer EPR contracts.
Ensure contract requirements are met in accordance with contractual provisions and prepare contract reports as required.
Maintain a repository of all contract documentation, ensuring high levels of quality and organization.
Work closely with RLG Contract Administrators to ensure ongoing compliance.
Reconcile all invoices and ensure all billing and payment requirements are completed on a monthly basis.
Summarize and communicate key requirements and deadlines to the EPR team.
Collaborate with the EPR Recycling Analyst and Operations Manager to ensure all reporting and billing is completed in a timely manner.
Act as the primary liaison between local teams and RLG.
Provide administrative support to the broader EPR team.
Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in the contracts administration.
Waste industry experience is an asset
Undergraduate degree or diploma in Communications, Business, or a related field.
High attention to detail and exceptional writing and editing skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to establish priorities, manage schedules, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Valid G driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and the ability to travel to various office locations as required.
