Promote the sale of Eppendorf products within assigned Territory in order to achieve budgeted sales goals, execute company initiatives and cover the territory entirely.
Establish and manage sales accounts relationships within the assigned Segment.
Effective communication skills to communicate with customers on a regular basis to develop rapport and better understand their needs.
Establish and strengthen the brand and business presence by retaining existing customers and expanding market coverage.
Drive revenue growth through preferred direct instrument sales and channel business for Liquid Handling products and consumables.
Maintain and update CRM regularly with daily customer visits, activity tracking, and forward planning.
Focus on HIMACs and NPIs to generate Young Products Revenue
Build, assist, and strengthen relationships with end customers and channel partners to gain business leverage in a compliant manner
Plan and execute roadshows, and actively participate in conferences and events for demand generation
Handle tender business effectively and proactively work on pre‑tender activities to improve win probability and secure favourable outcomes
Minimum 3 to 5 year’s industry related sales experience
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets & Key understanding of customer applications and workflows
Knowledge of purchasing process, dealer network and competitive landscape.
Strong working relationship with customers and channel partners
Solid network of key user references
Professional competence, special knowledge.
Bachelor's degree in Life Science or equivalent (minimum 3 years course) from recognized college or university
