We’re seeking an Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to learn a specialized trade, gain hands-on experience, and grow your career in a high-demand field. You’ll be trained to transform plain concrete into beautiful, durable epoxy floors that elevate our clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

Our paid training program will teach you every step of the process, including:

• Epoxy Flooring Installation – Learn to apply premium coatings with precision and care.
• Product Mixing & Application – Understand correct ratios and techniques for flawless results.
• Equipment Use & Maintenance – Operate commercial-grade tools safely and efficiently.
• Independent Work – Manage your tasks while maintaining company quality standards.
• Customer Interaction – Communicate professionally and collect final payments with confidence.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs
• Strong work ethic and attention to quality
• Demonstrated commitment and reliability
• Experience in construction or remodeling is a plus, but not required – we’ll train you!

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
