职位概述

As an ePowertrain System Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for the system-level integration, design, and validation of ePowertrain systems, ensuring optimal collaboration among motors, inverters, drivetrains, control software, and related subsystems in terms of performance, reliability, and manufacturability.

This role is part of the E&ES organization and works closely with cross-functional teams throughout the full product development lifecycle to translate business and customer needs into practical system-level solutions.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

• Lead or participate in ePowertrain system-level integration, defining and maintaining system architecture, interfaces, and functional decomposition.
  主导或参与 ePowertrain系统级集成，定义并维护系统架构、接口和功能分解。
• Translate system requirements into executable design specifications, integration solutions, and validation plans.
  将系统需求转化为可执行的设计规格、集成方案及验证计划。
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams in mechanical, electrical, software, and controls to drive system design decisions and problem resolution.
  协调机械、电气、软件及控制等多学科团队，推动系统设计决策与问题解决。
• Participate in prototype build, testing, performance analysis, and root-cause investigation.
  参与原型系统的构建、测试、性能分析及问题根因分析。
• Support design reviews, technical risk assessments, and cost and manufacturability analysis.
  支持设计评审、技术风险评估、成本与可制造性分析。
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to support component selection, system integration, and performance optimization.
  与供应商及内部相关团队合作，支持零部件选型、系统集成与性能优化。
• Prepare and maintain system-level technical documentation, test reports, and engineering change records.
  编写并维护系统级技术文档、测试报告和设计变更记录。
• Stay current with new technologies, materials, and industry trends to identify system-level improvement opportunities.
  持续关注新技术、新材料及行业趋势，识别系统级改进机会。

Required Skills / 任职要求

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or a related field (electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, controls, or similar disciplines).
  工程或相关专业本科及以上学历（电气、机械、机电一体化、控制或相关领域）。
• Systems Thinking Ability to understand and manage the interdependencies among subsystems within complex systems.
  系统思维（Systems Thinking）：能够理解并管理复杂系统中各子系统的相互依赖关系。
• Product Design and Development Ability to translate requirements into system-level designs and support the full process from concept to production.

Professional Skills / 专业技能

• Project experience related to ePowertrain, electric drive systems, or new energy vehicles.
  ePowertrain、电驱动系统或新能源汽车相关项目经验。
• Experience in system integration, system validation, or vehicle/powertrain-level testing.
  系统集成、系统验证或整车/动力系统级测试经验。
• Familiarity with motors, inverters, drivetrains, or control strategies.
  熟悉电机、逆变器、传动系统或控制策略。
• Experience collaborating with suppliers or working on cross-organizational projects.

Knowledge of quality, reliability, or continuous improvement methodologies.

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
