As the PMO Manager, you’ll use your Project Methodology expertise, Strategic thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset to help improve our project delivery success and achieve even more for all who need us.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• Technical PM/PMO Skills:Expert knowledge of project,program,and portfolio management principles,tools,and best practices.

• Strategic Thinking:Ability to connect project execution to organisational strategy.

• Analytical Prowess:Strong ability to analyse project data (schedule,budget,risk) to synthesize actionable insights and recommendations.

• Exceptional Communication:Superior written,presentation,and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences,including C-suite.

• Tool Proficiency:Advanced proficiency in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software (Mercy is deploying Smartsheet as our PPM tool) along with MS Excel , Word and PowerPoint

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• A current Police Record Check.

• Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
