As an EPM - PCMCS - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will be part of a team that helps clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. This involves analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams. You will develop deliverables within client service engagements, using your understanding of the firm's methodologies and technology resources. You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships and mentor Associates and other junior team members. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of your work, consistently delivering quality outcomes that drive value for clients and contribute to the success of your team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with clients to assess and address their performance management needs using Oracle technologies
  • Designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
  • Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
  • Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
  • Applying analytical thinking to gather information and discern patterns for improved financial planning and analysis processes
  • Developing business rules and optimization models to enhance profitability management
  • Conducting process root cause analysis to identify opportunities for operational performance management improvements
  • Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for strategic data analysis and reporting
  • Creating budgets and rolling forecasts to support financial planning and resource allocation
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive organizational effectiveness and growth management

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
  • At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
  • Utilizing strategic data analysis to drive business insights
  • Applying analytical thinking to solve complex financial challenges
  • Managing performance reports to enhance operational efficiency
  • Excelling in financial planning and forecasting for diverse clients
