CONTEXT

As part of Global Technology, Global Support Functions Applications (GSFA) aims to act as the trusted technology partner to the Finance, HR, and legal Departments. Its mission is to support and accelerate the transformation, modernization and standardization of their business processes and systems.

Key Missions of the GSFA Department:

  • Deploy the systems selected by the business partners, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.

  • Maintain, enhance, and continuously improve existing applications to adapt to evolving business needs and technological advancements.

  • Own and safeguard the defined core models, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with corporate standards.

GSFA has a RUN direction, in which there is the EPM Run Team that has the responsibility of Production delivery, support and enhancements for EPM applications:

  • HFM / Financial Reporting / SmartView (290 users, 46 Business Units)

  • FDM-EE (45 users)

  • KSHUTTLE - KIFRS16 (110 users)

  • BOARD (240 users)

  • Oracle EPM Cloud /SmartView (300 users)

  • Power BI (Consolidation Reporting, Accounting, Application KPIs, etc.)

In this context, the EPM Run team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional EPM professional to oversee our Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

The Functional expert will report to the EPM Run Manager in the Technology direction.

YOUR ROLE

As the EPM Functional Leader, you will combine strategic oversight with hands-on technical responsibilities to maintain, enhance, and evolve Edenred’s EPM Cloud applications. You will ensure operational excellence, lead key upgrade and development projects, and foster collaboration across IT, finance, and business units.

Your main missions will include:

-Technical Management & Development:

  • Own and maintain interfaces from/to other global systems and related integration mappings.

  • Investigate and resolve technical defects and issues reported by users; escalate to vendors (Oracle) as needed.

  • Build and implement new functionalities following business specifications — including forms, calculations, reports and data sources.

  • Perform EPM Cloud applications development, testing, and validation.

  • Manage user accounts, licenses, and access control; monitor license usage and conduct yearly audits.

  • Own upgrade roadmaps; assess impacts on tool usage; perform regular maintenance, patching, backups, and migrations.

  • Coordinate tool evolutions and upgrades with local administrators; provide technical support and training.

- Functional Leadership & Application Ownership:

  • Lead the functional administration and maintenance of the Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

  • Support finance users through functional user support, training, and documentation.

  • Manage the functional Third-Party Application Maintenance (TMA) alongside external service providers (Third-Party Technical Maintenance).

  • Actively participate in the evaluation and implementation of next-generation tools on the Oracle EPM Cloud ecosystem.

  • Collaborate closely with the EPM Run Team, Finance, IT divisions (DSI and TMT), and local business units.

  • Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration to optimize Oracle EPM Cloud applications usage and integration.

  • Backup other team members on the administration of other EPM applications (HFM, KIFRS16, BOARD).

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a Master’s degree (Business School, Engineering School, or postgraduate degree in Finance, Management, or IT applied to business).

  • You have at least 5 years of experience, ideally acquired in a consulting firm or within a company, specializing in Finance Information Systems — and more specifically EPM tools.

  • You have an excellent understanding of Finance processes (reporting, budgeting, accounting, and consolidation).

  • A solid knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud is required (knowledge of HFM and KIFRS16 would be a plus). Strong Excel/VBA skills are also expected. Mastery of all project phases is essential.

  • You also have experience managing an application, ensuring its operational continuity, over-seeing its enhancements, and managing a team.

  • Problem solving with logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

  • Curious and motivated, you will integrate a dynamic team in a changing, demanding and challenging context. You want to take part of an ambitious and stimulating adventure

  • Rigorous, organized and with a strong ability to be concise for carrying out the missions described above

  • At the heart of users’ issues, you demonstrate strong analytical skills, rigor, organization, and autonomy, along with a proven service-oriented mindset. You are proactive enabling you to adapt in a highly ambitious and dynamic context.

  • Dynamic and motivated, you are accustomed to interacting with both IT and business teams. A good team spirit and strong interpersonal skills are key to coordinating the various stakeholders.
