As an EPM FCCS - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions, focusing on Financial Consolidation and Close Services (FCCS). Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex business requirements and develop tailored solutions that enhance client performance. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver impactful results.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and guide junior team members. You will navigate complex situations, using your problem-solving skills to deliver quality work. Your role will involve mentoring others, maintaining professional standards, and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports clients in optimizing their Oracle applications. You will work closely with clients to implement solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to their overall business strategies. Responsibilities

• Analyzing complex business processes to identify opportunities for improvement using Oracle Enterprise Performance Management tools
• Developing and implementing financial planning and forecasting models to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions in Oracle applications
• Conducting performance assessments and generating insightful reports to drive operational efficiency
• Utilizing analytical thinking to perform root cause analysis and optimize business processes
• Managing account reconciliations and financial reviews to maintain accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Creating budgets and rolling forecasts to support profitability management and resource allocation
• Leveraging Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for strategic data analysis and reporting
• Facilitating enterprise integration and organizational restructuring to enhance effectiveness and growth management
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve operational performance management

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
• Utilizing strategic data analysis to inform financial forecasting
• Embracing change and adapting to evolving business environments
• Developing financial planning and budgeting strategies for client engagements
• Navigating complexity in enterprise integration and performance management software
