As an EPM FCCS - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions, focusing on business application consulting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex client engagements, fostering meaningful relationships and anticipating client needs. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through the intricacies of Oracle solutions, confirming they achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to manage workstreams and develop deliverables. You will build client connections and mentor junior team members, enhancing your personal brand and technical skills. This role requires you to embrace ambiguity, analyze complex concepts, and uphold professional standards, all while contributing to the firm's business strategies.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports client engagements, focusing on Oracle solutions. Responsibilities

  • Analyzing complex business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Developing and implementing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions to enhance financial planning and forecasting
  • Conducting strategic data analysis to support profitability management and resource allocation
  • Creating and managing budgets, rolling forecasts, and performance reports to drive operational performance management
  • Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for strategic data analysis and reporting
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions in financial accounting and advising
  • Performing account reconciliation and financial review to maintain accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Leading business rules development and process root cause analysis to improve organizational effectiveness
  • Supporting enterprise integration efforts to streamline business applications and enhance performance management software usage
  • Guiding teams in embracing change and fostering inclusion to promote growth management and organizational restructuring

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
  • At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
  • Utilizing strategic data analysis for financial forecasting and planning
  • Managing performance assessment and optimization models effectively
  • Excelling in business process analysis and root cause analysis
  • Developing financial planning and budgeting strategies within Oracle environments
