As an EPM FCCS - Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will help clients improve their financial planning and analysis processes and achieve their performance objectives. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. Responsibilities

• Collaborating with clients to assess and address their enterprise performance management needs using Oracle technologies
• Designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
• Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
• Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
• Developing and applying business process analysis and financial planning skills to improve client financial planning and analysis processes
• Engaging in strategic data analysis to inform insights and recommendations for performance improvement
• Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) to enhance data-driven decision-making
• Conducting performance assessments and creating performance reports to support client objectives
• Applying financial forecasting and planning budgeting and forecasting (PBF) techniques to drive client success
• Supporting the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance client performance

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
• Utilizing strategic data analysis for financial forecasting
• Applying business process analysis to enhance operational performance
• Developing skills in financial planning and profitability management
• Excelling in teamwork and client support within fast-paced environments
