As a Senior Associate in EPM - EPBCS/EDMCS, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle enterprise performance management solutions, collaborating with clients to assess their needs and design Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be instrumental in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives through seamless integration and utilization of business applications.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support. Your work will contribute to improving clients' financial planning and analysis processes, enabling them to achieve their performance objectives. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with clients to assess and address their enterprise performance management needs using Oracle technologies
- Designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
- Providing training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
- Analyzing client requirements to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Utilizing business process analysis and strategic data analysis to enhance financial planning and analysis processes
- Developing and maintaining performance management software solutions to improve financial forecasting and planning
- Conducting process root cause analysis to identify and resolve operational performance management issues
- Creating and managing budgets to support financial planning and profitability management
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve organizational effectiveness
- Engaging in continuous learning and development to deepen technical skills and personal growth
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Navigating complex client engagements with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex business processes
- Developing meaningful client relationships and anticipating client needs
- Leveraging Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for strategic data analysis
