As an EPM Director you will lead Oracle Enterprise Performance Management client work, shaping budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting solutions that help organizations improve financial planning and analysis processes. As a Director you will set strategic direction, guide business development efforts, oversee multiple work streams, and inspire teams while upholding quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset within our Technology Consulting practice. In this role at PwC, you will assess client needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions, provide training and support, and use your leadership to cultivate opportunities for growth across engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Oracle enterprise performance management client engagements from strategy through implementation and ongoing support
  • Shaping budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting solutions that align finance processes with business objectives
  • Driving business development efforts by identifying client needs, defining solution approaches, and advancing growth opportunities
  • Overseeing multiple project workstreams, resource allocation, timelines, and delivery milestones across complex engagements
  • Developing executive-level client relationships and advising finance leaders on performance management priorities and transformation paths
  • Translating business process requirements into Oracle-based designs, configuration decisions, and integration approaches
  • Guiding teams in financial planning and analysis, operational performance management, and reporting optimization
  • Applying analytical thinking to evaluate current-state processes, diagnose gaps, and develop practical improvement recommendations
  • Mentoring emerging leaders and promoting a collaborative environment that supports professional growth and knowledge sharing
  • Validating compliance with professional standards, independence requirements, and firm policies across client delivery activities

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 17+ years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
  • At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
  • Demonstrating Oracle EPM Cloud delivery across planning and reporting
  • Leading client-facing finance transformation and executive discussions
  • Developing market-facing ideas for performance management solutions
  • Translating financial data into actionable business insights
  • Mentoring teams while balancing multiple client priorities

Delivery Leadership

· Lead multi-tower Oracle Cloud ERP & EPM programs end-to-end — from mobilization through stabilization.

· Establish program governance, delivery frameworks, and reporting cadence with PwC Global Engagement teams (Onshore teams).

· Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable quality and business outcomes.

· Drive delivery predictability using PwC methodologies, accelerators, and delivery standards.

Client & Engagement Management

· Partner with US and other regional engagement teams and client stakeholders to shape and deliver Oracle Cloud transformation roadmaps.

· Serve as escalation and quality assurance lead for offshore delivery, ensuring seamless client experience.

· Support business development through pre-sales, estimation, orals, and client presentations.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with global counterparts and client stakeholders to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience.

Solution Architecture & Process Excellence

· Architect, design and review complex end to end solutions across Oracle Cloud EPM (Planning, Consolidation, Allocation, Account Reconciliation, Master Data management & Reporting Analytics).

· Drive business process re-engineering efforts by leveraging out-of-the-box Oracle functionalities to minimize customizations and maximize value.

· Leverage PwC accelerators, automation, and analytics to enhance delivery speed and value realization.

· Promote innovation in delivery through automation, GenAI, and advanced analytics adoption to enhance delivery speed and client value realization.

People & Practice Leadership

· Build, coach, mentor and grow large multidisciplinary Oracle teams within the AC.

· Drive practice-wide goals for utilization, capability development, and professional certifications across both functional and technical tracks.

· Lead internal practice initiatives, including the creation of reusable assets, accelerators, thought leadership, and the industrialization of delivery processes.

· Foster a culture of inclusion, care, collaboration, high performance, and continuous learning.

Operational & Financial Excellence

· Identify and deploy resources to projects; ensure consistent day-to-day engagement and productivity.

· Forecast demand, manage delivery capacity, and enable efficiency through a balanced onshore–offshore model.

· Ensure strict adherence to the firm’s quality standards, risk management protocols, and compliance requirements.
