職務概要
我們正在尋找具備技術背景與專案管理能力的 EPM（工程專案經理），負責推動新產品開發（NPI），並確保產品從規劃、設計到量產的順利落地。此職位將與 RD、驗證單位、工廠及產品團隊密切合作，共同打造具市場競爭力的工業電腦產品
主要工作內容 :
1. NPI 專案管理
•負責 EVT / DVT / PVT 至 MP 的完整開發流程管理
•控管專案時程、風險與里程碑，確保準時量產（TTM）
•主動識別風險並提出解決方案
2. 產品規格與平台規劃
•定義與管理產品規格（F/G Spec、SKU、PN）
•評估新技術導入（如 DDR5、PCIe 等）
•與 RD 團隊進行可行性評估（Feasibility Study）
3. BOM 與成本管理
•建立與管理 BOM 結構
•推動成本優化與替代料策略
•與 SCM / 供應商合作進行物料與成本規劃
4. 驗證與品質控管
•確保產品符合工業等級測試（EMI / EMC / 環境測試）
•追蹤驗證進度並處理問題
•確保設計品質與產品可靠度
5. 跨部門協調與技轉
•協調 RD、SCM、工廠及產品單位
•推動 NPI 順利轉入量產（MP）
•在效能、成本與製造之間進行決策與取捨
必要條件 :
基本條件
• 大學以上，工程相關科系
• 3–5 年以上專案管理 / RD PM / 產品開發經驗
• 具 IPC、嵌入式系統或硬體平台經驗尤佳
