We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our Epic Willow team. This role is crucial for overseeing the development and implementation of application software within our Epic Willow module. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Pharmacy operations and workflows, coupled with comprehensive Epic system knowledge, particularly within the Willow inpatient and outpatient applications.
This leadership position involves creating and managing project plans, assessing the viability of current initiatives, and recommending strategic approaches to meet evolving business needs. The Manager will be responsible for foreseeing organizational impacts of new technologies and guiding the team in scheduling, project direction, future planning, and adherence to standard practices. A key focus will be on monitoring and controlling quality, actively seeking opportunities for improvement, and ensuring the achievement of scheduled milestones for all deliverables.
