As an Epic Systems Support - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Epic software solutions, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to assist clients in achieving their strategic objectives by integrating and utilizing business applications effectively.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. This role requires you to embrace ambiguity, ask insightful questions, and use these moments as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC, you will be instrumental in analyzing client needs and implementing software solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your work will involve using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, all while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Epic software solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of Epic applications
- Utilizing analytical reasoning to optimize operational efficiency for clients
- Collaborating with clients to understand and address their business transformation needs
- Applying digital healthcare knowledge to enhance client service engagements
- Managing electronic health record (EHR) systems to support healthcare technology initiatives
- Developing insights through health data analytics to inform strategic decisions
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client interactions
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and build client relationships
- Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and development within the team

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
- Demonstrating proficiency in Epic Software and Electronic Health Record (EHR) Management
